2006 Azimut 68S

2006 Azimut 68S will be sold by on-line auction. The vessel is sold “as is, where is” in its current location. Auction bids will be accepted in accordance with court documents and Seller’s sole discretion.

US $40,000.00 bid deposit, to be held in escrow. Deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders. Deposits must be returned to the same account as the inbound wire.

Upon official notification that a bid has been accepted, successful bidder must endeavor to affect the sale in accordance with the Purchase and Sale Agreement as follows:

Upon sale confirmation notification to the high bidder and within five business days, successful bidder shall deliver the unpaid purchase price (the successful bid amount less bid deposit) by wire transfer to designated account. Failure to remit the unpaid purchase price, in accordance with the timing described herein, will result in forfeiture of successful bidder’s escrowed bid deposit

Within one business day of delivering the remainder of the purchase price, the sale shall be closed, and the successful bidder will take delivery of the vessel. Storage can be arranged for up to ten business days at Buyer’s expense.
